Public parking 50 m on the road. Shop, supermarket, restaurant, café 100 m, bus stop 200 m. Sandy beach 18 km. Pozzallo beach and Marina di Modica 18 km.Interior: "Balcony on the Baroque", 3-room terraced house 80 m2 on 1st floor, fully renovated in 2006, comfortable and cosy furnishings: large living/dining room with panoramic window, with 1 double sofa bed (1 x 140 cm), TV and air-conditioning. 1 double bedroom with panoramic window. 1 room with 1 bed, exit to the terrace. Kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, deep freezer) with dining table. Shower/bidet/WC, sep. WC. Air-conditioning (extra). Terrace 6 m2. Very nice panoramic view of the mountains and the resort. Facilities: washing machine, iron. The two balconies are panoramic with views of the historical centre and the Duomo di Modica. From the 1-bedded room you can access the terrace 6 m2, via a spiral staircase, and through a door 1.40 m in height.
