Linen change weekly (suppl. charge extra). Room cleaning daily on request (extra). Cook on request (extra). 300 m steep footpath to the house. Parking at 300 m on the road. Grocers, supermarket, restaurant, bar 2 km, bus stop 1.5 km, railway station "Sorrento" 2 km. Pebble beach 3 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same grounds. The parking space is over the road (2.3 m wide). A larger car is therefore not recommended.Interior: 4-room apartment 120 m2, on the ground floor, renovated in 2002, nice, rustic and tasteful furnishings: 2 double bedrooms, exit to the balcony. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds.
