Main road closeby. Ancient building, one part dating from 2000, another from 1700/1800. Outside, 35 m2 gazebo with wooden ceiling, barbeque, gas cooker, oven, sink and marble sink.Interior: 5-room house 140 m2 on 2 levels, on the ground floor, comfortable and rustic furnishings: living room 30 m2, with open fireplace, satellite-TV and stereo unit. 1 double bedroom. 1 small room with 2 beds. Kitchen-/living room (oven, deep freezer). Shower/bidet/WC. Upper floor (spiral staircase): 1 double bedroom. 1 small room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Bath/bidet/WC. Heating (extra). Facilities: washing machine. Please note: only 1 dog accepted. The kitchen has a vaulted ceiling and stucco-work from Roman times. The room was originally a water cistern. The lounge has Roman stone walls. Old terracotta floors. The upper floor can be reached via an internal spiral staircase as well as an external staircase.
