Easy access by train or bus. Small terrace on the 1st floor of the house with magnificent panoramic views of the town of Assisi especially at night. Beautiful swimming pool with sunny terrace, a pretty lit gallery and a corner-kitchen for dining outdoors. Rustic lay-out in comfortable "arte povera" style. All bedrooms, the living room and dining room have air conditioning. Only a small pet is permitted. House "Al Guado" 10 km from the centre of Perugia, 160 km from the centre of Firenze. Private: garden (fenced), swimming pool with built-in steps (6 x 12 m, depth 150 cm, 10.04.-02.10.), garden furniture. In the house: washing machine. Parking.
