It became a country estate at the end of the 19th century and has been recently completely renovated and converted to a charming holiday country estate. In a peaceful position, surrounded by a large garden with swimming pool - ideal for those wanting peace and quiet. Equipped outdoor area. Cookery classes organized on request (typical local cuisine). Firenze, Siena and Orvieto can be reached easily in an hour by car, Rome in 2 hours, Arezzo in 30 minutes and Assisi in 45 minutes. A dinner service is available on request and payable separately - a rustic salon (60 m2) can be hired for seminars, receptions or weddings, dinners and banquets; also wine cellar tours. Estate "L'Antico Monastero". For shared use: grounds, large garden, swimming pool with built-in steps (12 x 6 m, 01.05.-25.09.), patio, pergola, garden furniture, barbecue.
