The property has a restaurant where one can taste the local specialities (mid June to mid September). Guests have choice of numerous walks or mountain bike tracks, riding centre, Spa treatment in Saturnia or seaside at Talamone or Porto S. Stefano. Roccalbegna is approx 15 km away. Grosseto 24 km. bacinello, 3 km, has grocery shop and post office. I5403/802A-803A-804A are adjoint and they could be connected. The same for I5403/800a and I5403/801A which are in another building closed to the swimming pool. These last two have air conditioning. Final cleaning included in the price. Very old, nice farm-house "Dimora del Baccinello", from the 16th-century, renovated, surrounded by fields 15 km from the centre of Roccalbegna, 24 km from the centre of Grosseto, 40 km from the centre of Principina, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, in the green.
