The recently renovated flats, where special attention has been paid to the preservation of original architectural features, are tastefully furnished with period pieces, and equipped with independent central heating and air-conditioning. While central, they are also very peaceful and quiet, and provide an excellent starting-point for visiting Florence. The flats are equipped with telephone, ISDN line and satellite TV. The flat Lorenzo il Magnifico has got a small furnished inner courtyard.
