Surrounded by high cypress trees, meadows, cultivated fields, olive groves and forest: ideal place to relax but also visit the cities of art, the seaside and the mountains. We have 5 out of 16 apartments. There is a nice loggia for dining outdoor for shared use. Mountain bike for hire on site. Walking paths. Lots of very good restaurants in the area. 15 km from the centre of S. Gimignano, 10 km from the centre of Certaldo, 50 km from the centre of Firenze, Pisa. For shared use: garden (fenced), swimming pool (14 x 8 m, 15.05.-30.10.), paddling pool, outside shower, table tennis, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: reception. Washing machine (extra). Parking by the house. Grocers, restaurant, bar 200 m, railway station "Castelfiorentino" 15 km. Golf course 10 km, riding stables 2 km.Interior: "Calendula", 3-room apartment 58 m2 on 1st floor, practical furnishings: 1 double bedroom. Kitchen-/living room (4 hotplates, dishwasher) with dining table, 1 double sofa bed, exit to the terrace. Shower/bidet/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds and separate WC, exit to the balcony. Terrace furniture. Please note: only 1 dog accepted.
