Farm "Leonardo" 4 km from the centre of Vinci, on top of a hill. For shared use: grounds 6 ha, swimming pool (11 x 5 m, depth 150 cm, 01.06.-15.09.), barbecue. In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Parking by the house. Shop 4 km, restaurant 300 m, railway station "Empoli" 14 km.Interior: 3-room apartment 70 m2, on the ground floor, cosy furnishings: living/dining room with open fireplace and satellite-TV, exit to the swimming pool. 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 2 beds. Kitchen (4 hotplates, dishwasher). Shower/bidet/WC. Terrace furniture. Please note: only 1 dog accepted.
